Job Description
The Executive Sales Director, Clinical Oncology is the front-line sales leader responsible for execution of the commercial strategy for profitable growth for specialized oncology sales and service representatives. The successful candidate will manage a team of ~10-12 Clinical Oncology Account Managers.The Clinical Oncology Account Management team is responsible for existing clinical outpatient oncology business and upselling oncology business in the outpatient community oncology setting, community oncology, health system outpatient oncology centers, and academic cancer centers. The ESD TheESD is responsible for retention, upsell and growth in large specialty outpatient oncology physician practices (community, health system, and academic). This role will work collaboratively with leaders of precision oncology and hospital account executives. The Executive Sales Director will be managing a geography that encompasses several states in the Southwest, Southeast and Lower Midwest geographies. The Texas market is a significant focal point, and the Executive Sales Director must be located in Texas. Responsibilities:
