Team player and collaborator 4-6 Years. Adobe Acrobat 4-6 Years. Roles and Responsibilities: The Event Sales Manager position is part of the Client Parks Marketing team. This job position will Hybrid role. This role serves to assist group sales initiatives within Tennessee State Parks to support the increase of Client Parks (TSP) Hospitality and Operations' annual revenue goals. Required Skills: Venue pricing and sales collateral reviews to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue. Venue identification. Collaboration with lodge hospitality, operations, partners, and vendors to maximize revenue. Marketing campaign initiatives. Policy review and updates. Process improvement collaboration. Contract building. Reservation systems and integrated software knowledge base. Sales goals achievement. Revenue reporting tools. Sales and Communication. Website reviews. Guest survey support.
