This Job has been designated as a "Hybrid Position;" this indicates that, after a minimum of 90 days, wherein a successful review of the employee's progress has been achieved, the employee is eligible to work up to two days remotely and three days in the employee's on-site Bank office. Consideration of the schedules of co-workers and associates and service to our clients will be factors in determining remote workdays. Job Description
The Portfolio Manager will work as a member of the commercial banking team. They will be assigned to work directly with key Commercial Bankers within the primary markets covered by WesBanco. Individuals will be responsible for Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") and/or Commercial & Industrial ("C&I") relationships. Essential Function Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
