Overview
Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Conflicts Analyst - Laterals III. This position could be based in any of our U.S. West Coast offices (Los Angeles; Menlo Park; Orange County; Portland; Sacramento; San Francisco; Santa Monica; or Seattle) with consideration given for 100% remote US locations if willing to work West Coast hours. The Objective: The Lateral Analyst III assists the Firm and its attorneys with compliance and risk management related to lateral conflicts, with an emphasis on lateral partner conflicts review. What will you do? The Analyst reviews, researches, and analyzes lateral conflict submissions to identify potential ethical or business conflicts of interest and to ensure compliance with Firm policies and strategies. The role requires the in-depth review and analysis of conflict data and clear communication with firm attorneys and staff to assist with the resolution of potential conflict and compliance issues. The Analyst researches corporate entities and family tree structures to determine related entities and runs additional reports as needed. The Analyst is expected to have excellent analytical and communication skills as they manage a dynamic and often fast-paced set of matters and issues. Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between:
* California Major Markets includes San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Monica. All other California locations fall within National range.
