The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Senior Facilities Manager and/or Account Manager along with the IFM team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, anticipates client needs, and strives to exceed contractual performance indicators. Responsibilities include coordinating client requirements, managing service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities Facilities Management

- Manage third-party contractors/vendors and monitor work order completion.

- Oversee daily work order reviews to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

- Manage vendor performance for Preventative and Recurring Maintenance activities.

- Conduct facilities inspections and generate work orders for identified deficiencies.

- Support operational and engineering initiatives.

- Support sourcing and human experience initiatives.

Financial Management

- Develops and support the Senior Facilities Manager in establishing site-level annual budgets.

- Responsible for managing operational budgets in collaboration with client representatives.

- Provide monthly and quarterly variance reports on operating budgets.

- Responsible for developing and implementing annual management plans for assigned buildings.

Compliance Management

- Ensure facility services comply with local regulations and account standards.

- Support risk and compliance initiatives across the portfolio.

- Implement and maintain escalation and incident reporting procedures.

- Provide dedicated support to JLL Engineering Compliance Program.

Program Analysis and Development

- Assist in implementing innovative programs and procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity.

- Support short and long-term project implementation for the client.

- Assist in scoping and validating quality delivery.

- Maintain interface with landlord to ensure lease compliance and resolution for issues.

- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Relationship Management

- Provide analysis of monthly KPI, quarterly, and annual reporting.

- Establish and maintain effective client relationships.

Job Requirements Education

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management (MBA desirable).

- Minimum of eight years of industry experience in corporate, third-party service, or consulting roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.

- Budgetary ownership and management experience

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, MS SharePoint, and Corrigo CMMS.

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Matrix management of technical and administrative staff.

- Experience in matrix management organizations.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
