Guide International Admissions: Serve as the main contact for international applicants, ensuring accurate visa documentation (I-20/DS-2019), evaluating financials, and navigating immigration policies. Manage Compliance & SEVIS Records: Maintain DSO/ARO status, stay current on federal guidelines, and ensure all records are processed accurately in systems like Slate and Sunapsis. Lead Global Recruitment: Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract international students through virtual and in-person events, targeted communications, and data-driven campaigns. Advance International Partnerships: Coordinate special programs (e.g., 3+X, Fulbright), liaise with global partners, and streamline admissions for sponsored students. Promote Engagement & Outreach: Create programming and marketing content, collaborate with student ambassadors, and work with communications staff to build global visibility. Support Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment outcomes, refine processes, and recommend system or policy updates to enhance efficiency and impact.
If you're detail-oriented, comfortable navigating international processes, and enjoy working with people from around the world, we encourage you to apply. This role includes opportunities for occasional international travel. |
