Staffmark is hiring a Reach Forklift Operator in San Clemente, CA! Join our team and operate a Raymond Reach forklift in a fast-paced food production environment. You'll work primarily in receiving and inventory, picking and pulling ingredients from pallets and boxes, often moving in and out of a cold freezer environment - so come prepared to handle the chill! Pay: $21/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do: Operate a Raymond Reach forklift safely and efficiently Use a scan gun to track and manage inventory (training provided) Read and understand English to pick accurate items and quantities Lift bins weighing at least 20 lbs regularly Wrap pallets and move them using a pallet jack Navigate quickly and safely across the production floor Work comfortably in a cold environment Experience: Entry-level with Reach forklift experience preferred, but training is available Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
