Overview
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency. The position also provides general administrative support to the HR team and upholds the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $65,000-$73,000. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Employment Type: Full Time Benefits: M/D/V, Life Ins., 401(k) Location: Eugene, OR (onsite) Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (50%)
