The US Oncology Network is looking for a Brand and Creative Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time remote position will support Marketing Team in our Central Texas Region.

Highly preferred that the candidate lives in the Central Texas (Austin) area.

What does the Brand and Creative Specialist do? Including but not limited to

Under general supervision the Brand and Creative Specialist assists in planning and coordinating projects, campaigns, and other branding and creative work to support Texas Oncology. The Specialist helps develop project plans, manage related projects, and serves as traffic manager to other members of the brand and creative team.


Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities: including but not limited to:

  • Supports brand director and manager with assigned projects and campaigns across various channels
  • Works closely with other departments (digital marketing, regional marketing, communications teams) to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and ensure brand consistency
  • Assists in project planning for brand and creative team to drive workflow
  • Serves as traffic/project manager for team to ensure timely delivery of project and campaigns
  • Supports graphic designer in the development of collateral and other branded materials
  • Supports brand team with management of company store, print on-demand platforms, marketing project management platforms, and creative asset management
  • Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, design, and creative storytelling to continuously enhance the organization's brand positioning and creative execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the position will have the following background and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, design or related field.

Or

  • Associate's degree and two (2) years of related experience.

Or

  • Four (4) years or related experience.
  • Three (3) additional years of related experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Experience in graphic design software and multimedia production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to the organization's mission of providing compassionate cancer care.
