Job Description Summary:
Supports a team of senior managers to ensure that both the team and its individual members can perform efficiently, professionally and successfully.
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the HEROES principles of HELPFUL, ENGAGED, RESPONSIVE,OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENCE and SUCCESS in all activities and interactions.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to assigned department.
- Prepare expense reports and invoices for payment.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics such as roomreservations, meals, transportation, and equipment, securing outside presenters, and preparing handouts and othersupport materials.
- Create presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
- Compose draft correspondence on behalf of assigned manager(s).
- Proofread, edit, file, and copy documents.
- Disseminate information using the telephone, mail services, Web sites and e-mail.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Manage various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:There are no supervisory responsibilities in this position. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TALENTS:
- Two-year degree and three to five years' administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education andexperience, preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficiency with Internetapplications and software.
- Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively, in English, with adiverse range of internal associates and external business partners. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments whilemaintaining commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to be resourceful in researching issues, solving problems, and offering creative solutions.
- Team orientated philosophy with experience supporting multiple team members and working collaboratively withpeers.
- Track record in demonstrating initiative and motivation, working independently and holding him/herselfaccountable for high levels of performance with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.

- The base salary range for this role is $65,000/year to $72,000/year depending on level of skills and experience.
- The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
