A&P AOG Technicians (CONUS)

STS Technical Services is hiring experienced A&P AOG Technicians to support in-field LEAP engine maintenance operations across the continental United States. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly skilled, fast-response team deployed to airline and MRO facilities nationwide.

We are building two elite crews of mobile A&P-certified technicians to lead and support LEAP engine workscopes in real-world environments. If you're an experienced field tech who thrives under pressure, knows how to work with precision, and wants to be part of a mission-first team, we want to talk to you.

• Perform LEAP engine field maintenance at U.S.-based client and partner sites
  
• Support visiting technicians during domestic deployments
  
• Execute workscopes including externals, APU, MPA, and general inspections
  
• Follow all FAA regulations, OEM specifications, and customer requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety protocols at each location
  

• Must hold a valid FAA A&P Certification
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial engine field maintenance
  
• Prior LEAP engine experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States
  
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
