Inventory Control Specialist

STS Technical Services is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our client's growing team at Global Power Components in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering steady hours, overtime availability, and long-term stability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits
  
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and related issues to management
  
• Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve variances
  
• Compile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
  
• Enter and update information in Epicor ERP system
  

• Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures
  
• Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM)
  
• Experience with computers and ERP software (Epicor experience a plus)
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
  
• Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screening
