A&P AOG Mechanic (OCONUS) - Remote / U.S.-Based Travel Role

STS Technical Services is hiring A&P AOG Mechanics (OCONUS) to support urgent LEAP engine field operations across North and South America. This is a contract-based, travel-intensive role ideal for experienced aircraft mechanics who are passport-ready and thrive in high-pressure, fast-response environments.

As part of our elite LEAP engine travel bench, you'll be on call to deploy within 24-72 hours for AOG and scheduled field assignments. Typical deployments last 4 to 7 days and involve hands-on turbine engine maintenance in dynamic locations throughout Latin America.

• Deploy within 24-72 hours for AOG or scheduled field assignments
  
• Perform MPA runs, module replacements, APU servicing, and inspections
  
• Support LEAP engine maintenance operations in-field
  
• Work closely with field supervisors and team leads
  
• Comply with FAA repair station standards and OCONUS travel protocols
  

• Active FAA A&P License
  
• 3+ years of turbine engine or AOG field service experience
  
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (OCONUS)
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage in field environments
  
• Must pass background check and complete onboarding before first deployment
