Job Summary

The Coordinator, Associate Experience & Events supports the planning and execution of impactful events that engage associates and reflect the company's values. This role ensures events are well organized, professionally executed, and communicated effectively across all stakeholders.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:

  • Supports the planning and execution of high-profile events (e.g., AMC Connections, Taste of Summer), ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including food and beverage arrangements, audio-visual and technology setup, decor, signage design, and travel coordination.
  • Manage event timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and meet expectations.
  • Develop and deliver internal communications and other creative content in alignment with pre- and post-event plans.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure top-tier services, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence.
  • *Track and report event attendance, budget, and measurable outcomes; gather feedback and use insights to improve future events.

What we need from you:

  • Experience with large-scale, in-person and virtual events such as symposiums, conferences, webinars, and engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Canva.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple events or competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and listen actively.
  • *Ability to foster collaborative partnerships and maintain effective working relationships across teams.

What we also value (preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years in event experience in lieu of degree.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior and executive leaders in a professional setting.

Minimum qualifications:
