Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Rochester, MN.

The contributions you will make: This position provides specialized support to the Agri-Access Traditional Credit Team by processing and onboarding new loans and leases, managing incoming documentation, maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring communication between internal stakeholders is timely and effective. Balances multiple systems and high-volume work with accuracy, professionalism and client-centered service. Supports business continuity by adapting to shifting needs and offering consistent collaboration across teams.

A typical day:



  • Onboards and processes new loan applications through Salesforce (AA-New Apps), including verifying documentation completeness, checking scorecard eligibility and determining TLOs across related accounts. Meets established deadlines for turnaround time for onboarding incoming loan requests.
  • Supports transition from scorecard to traditional underwriting when needed, including cloning applications and retrieving DMP credit reports.
  • Processes new lease requests by reviewing completeness, identifying borrowing structure and flagging missing documents. Sends complete packages to credit analysts or communicates with the AA-Leasing team on deficiencies.
  • Manages modifications to existing loans, including borrower changes and cloning applications for new requests.
  • Communicates directly with Relationship Managers (RMs), originators, and lending partners on documentation needs, clarification of applications, and recommendations for more efficient submissions.
  • Pulls credit reports for select Agri-Access originators, as required.
  • Downloads and organizes documents related to loan and lease applications in Salesforce and borrower folders.
  • Runs LexisNexis and credit reports as needed.
  • Monitors and manages multiple shared inboxes related to loan/lease requests, uploaded documents and team correspondence. Tracks incoming financials, RAU docs, servicing requests, and documents misrouted to Agri-Access. Compiles pending items and distributes a list to traditional analysts.
  • Coordinates servicing request distribution using designated reports.
  • Responds to requests for deadline extensions and monitors for items needing reassignment or clarification.
  • Supports the onboarding of large-scale pool purchases by saving documents, manually creating accounts and applications and entering loan data based on provided data tapes.
  • Updates internal tracking tools, such as SmartSheets, and originator-facing spreadsheets to reflect onboarding progress and outstanding items.
  • Reviews, updates and uploads regular reports (e.g. monthly closeout, paid in full, exceptions, etc.), resolving cases, validating information and making related corrections or updates, as required.
  • Tracks and saves down incoming financials, updates associated cases and communicates status to analysts and RMs, including visual summaries of what's still outstanding.
  • Conducts a year-end review of financial cases to scrub outdated records and advance valid cases into the next reporting year.
  • Stays current on Agri-Access systems, processes, onboarding workflows and reporting best practices.
  • Collaborates with team members in cross-training initiatives, ensuring maintenance of critical tasks seamless operations during absences and periods of change.
  • Represents Agri-Access Traditional Onboarding in cross-functional projects, bringing process improvement ideas to the table and helping shape future workflows.
  • Serves as a trusted partner to analysts and RMs, supporting daily questions and needs around loan flow, financials and originator protocol.


The skills and experience we prefer you have:



  • Associate's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit administration, data management, data entry or administration in a financial environment.
  • High attention to detail, multi-system navigation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong client experience.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
  • Solid organizational skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

$45,900 - $65,000 USD
