We are seeking an experienced Mass Properties Engineer with a bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field. Responsibilities:
*Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! Mass Properties Engineers at Client research, design, develop, test, certify, deploy and support cutting edge products & services.
*These cover a very wide range from state-of-the-art mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft.
*You'll be responsible for developing aircraft weight and balance estimates for large transport aircraft and working ballast plans and flight clearances for flight test activities.
*Your technical responsibilities involve the design and development, analysis, and test of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Must-haves:
*Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
*Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
*Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams
*Exposure to aircraft weighing
*Experience with weight and balance analysis and verification
*Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS) trained and prior experience with aircraft weight and balance paperwork (Chart A, Form B, Chart C, Chart E, Form F)
Preferred:
*Exposure to Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA and SolidWorks
*Previous experience generating ballast plans to support flight test activities
*Knowledge of industry standard aerospace principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, fundamentals of mass properties engineering
*Understanding of aircraft systems
*Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, US Department of Defense and/or US Military
*The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
