Graphical Design and Content Manager
Various Locations Position Summary: Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Graphical Design and Content Manager to support the development and delivery of graphics, messaging, and outreach materials during SEOC activations. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content for a variety of platforms, including social media, printed materials, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphics and visual content to support SEOC operations and public outreach
- Assist with the creation of social media content, flyers, fact sheets, and presentations
- Support written and spoken messaging with consistent formatting and branding
- Collaborate with Public Information Officers and communication teams to align messaging
- Ensure all products meet accessibility standards and organizational branding guidelines
- Manage revisions and updates to existing outreach materials during activations
- Provide rapid turnaround of visual products in support of time-sensitive communications
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for distribution-ready content
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to produce content quickly and accurately in high-pressure environments
- Understanding of branding, formatting, and visual communication best practices
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing materials for emergency management or government agencies
- Familiarity with public information workflows and crisis communication principles
- Experience producing materials in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of FEMA branding and style guidelines

- Travel Required: Yes - up to 100% while on assignment
Working Environment: Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), remote locations, or virtual environments. Extended hours and travel may be required throughout the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.
