We're looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven individual to join our fast-paced studio operations team. This role is at the heart of our product imaging process, supporting daily production, inventory management, and editorial workflows. General Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

  • Inventory management within the studio, both physical and in Creative Force

  • Create & submit inventory orders as needed

  • Monitor and support progress of multiple sets daily

  • Quality control and monitoring contract ops associates output

  • Maintain accurate product data in Creative Force

  • Update product status in Workfront as needed

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for editorial product management

  • Communicate production status and delivery status of samples/ products

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of inbound and outbound workflows

Education/ Specific Job Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial imaging studio or relative operations function

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-focused

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationship with cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter with ability to identify priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical yet creative

  • Understanding of digital technology as it pertains to photography and video capture

Supervisory Responsibility:

The role requires occasional supervision of freelance/ contract resources

Job Conditions:

This job may occasionally exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week. Ability to operate a computer keyboard. Ability to move freely throughout the department and buildings. Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time may be required. Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
