  • Estimated annual base pay: $61,360.00 (minimum) - $76,700.00 (midpoint) - $92,040.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Supply Chain Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to a leader within the Niles Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include performing supply chain analysis and business support in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and business needs. This position requires minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze customer demand data-historical, prospective or hypothetical-to provide insights and decision support for the business objectives
  • Conduct analysis of various supply chain data elements including but not limited to forecasts, quality, delivery, cost, volume ramps, etc.
  • Utilize supply chain demand and inventory metrics to drive improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis for key supply chain performance metrics (e.g., demand mgmt., inventory and delivery performance)
  • Support and/or lead various supply chain transition and continuous improvement projects
  • Partner and communicate with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to interpret and convey the results of supply chain analyses
  • Lead and support analysis of complex supply chain problems and provide recommendations to the supply chain leadership team that will be instrumental in the formation of supply chain strategies, cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead/participate in the SIOP process for the internal stakeholders, including other departments and customers

What We Are Looking For

  • US - bachelor's degree in arts / sciences (BA/BS)
  • Demand Management / Analytics experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
