Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate vendor onboarding by gathering documentation, submitting requests via MDG, and saving vendor numbers on the T-Drive.
  • Process purchase requisitions by receiving PRs, creating them in SAP PD2, and updating the PR tracking sheet.
  • Manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) by requesting numbers in EnergyNow, communicating them to requestors, and maintaining the WBS tracking sheet.
  • Handle SEI Business Partner updates and creation, coordinating with RE BP Management and Legal Compliance teams.
  • Update business partners in the COSON tool and ensure all compliance updates are completed.
  • Support Transaction Projects by managing them from initiation to closure, ensuring accurate processing and approval of all required documentation.
  • Coordinate with SE RE 3rd Party Providers to submit final project and transactional documentation and store records on the T-Drive.
  • Oversee Siemens Energy RE Signature Packages, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted for signatures as required.
  • Maintain data accuracy within the Facility Management System (FMS) and support Lease Administration with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Attend weekly task review meetings and regularly review and update responsibilities to ensure ongoing accuracy and accountability.


Qualifications:



  • Possesses intermediate PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational abilities.
  • Experienced in processing high-priority requests, managing multiple tasks using tracking tools (WBS, PRs, Vendor Onboarding), and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Understands and processes various compliance documents such as W9s, EFT forms, COIs, COCs, and EHS questionnaires.
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and 3rd party stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
