MRA is partnering with one of our members who is a healthcare organization located in Oconomowoc, WI. They are seeking an experienced Manager of HR Advisory to join its Human Resources team. This role offers an immediate opportunity to lead a team of HR Advisors while providing expert, employee-focused HR support to organizational leadership.

You will serve as a "player-coach," balancing team leadership with direct advisory responsibilities for key departments. The successful candidate will offer strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and compliance, serving as a trusted partner to supervisors and managers across the organization.

In addition, this position plays a key role in driving and improving HR advisory practices, partnering with HR Business Partners and legal counsel on labor relations, regulatory audits, and immigration-related matters. The Manager of HR Advisory will foster a collaborative, high-performance HR culture, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior HR professional with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; healthcare HR experience and familiarity with immigration and visa processes are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of employment law, exceptional coaching skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
