Role Overview Mimecast is looking for a skilled and visionary Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead and expand our global GTM efforts. Reporting to the Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CCRO), this role will be a key member of the GTM executive team and is responsible for designing the operational strategy, tools, systems, and enablement infrastructure that boost performance across Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Marketing. The SVP will directly oversee a global team across Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Systems, Forecasting, and GTM Analytics, and will work closely with Sales Finance, FP&A, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing. This role also acts as the go-to-market leader for annual planning, responsible for aligning revenue goals, resource allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across the organization. The base salary range for this position is $264K-396K + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
