Location: Bridgewater Scheduled Hours/Days: 2 hours/day 11:15 a.m - 1:15 p.m. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and Highly Qualified status. Highly qualified status can be achieved by completing one of the following: (1) Two-year AA degree, OR (2) the equivalent of 60-semester credits, OR (3) A passing score on the MN Para Pro Test (The district can provide supported resources for completing the assessment) Pay Rate/Range: $19.79/hr. - $21.44/hr. Compensation/Benefits/Perks: An employee earns one hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked and can earn a maximum of 48 hours each year. Deadline: Open Until Filled -- EOE (7/29/2025) Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and a required pre-work screening. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Principal and guidance of licensed personnel, the Supervisory Cafeteria Educational Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the supervision of students during lunch in the cafeteria.
