Pay Range: $34,000 - $48,000

Responsible for end-to-end handling of wholesale orders from receipt through delivery to retailer. The Order Entry Fulfillment Representative will collaborate with retailers and internal business partners to improve customer service, delivery performance and retailer satisfaction through driving consistency, quality and accuracy in the handling of retail orders and requests.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Enter, process, and track orders from receipt through delivery to the account. All new orders should be entered same-day or within 24-hours of receipt (following day) and completed by local plant/planner cut-off times
• Responsible for order tracking and completion, partnering with order tracking personnel/team member to ensure timely delivery and order closure.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order fulfillment, accounting and other customer or Sales requests.
• Resolution and coordination of product availability, production scheduling, and transportation resources.
• Answer phones and emails in a timely manner.
• Analyze reports for internal and customer review, take-action to prevent or minimize impact of order fulfillment failures.
• Will be expected to be a primary or secondary back-up for other team members.
• Work in a team environment across multiple functions (Customer Service, Manufacturing/Assembly, Logistics, Accounting, Sales and the Customer Account) to provide a high quality of service.
• Provide regular updates to Supervisor/Manager, Sales Representative, and customer accounts as required.
• Be a voice/advocate for the customer as well as a responsible representative of Tempur-Sealy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Must possess a high level of professionalism
• Ability to multitask within several computer systems
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have advanced computer skills/typing ability
• Must be able to complete the Home Office Safety Checklist and Information Technology Requirements
