Production Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift operations in Germantown, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Supervise and support a team of production employees, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor workflows and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues; implement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records and report key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment; experience in equipment assembly or metal fabrication preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education preferred.
