Purpose and Objective The Transition Data Analyst will assist in the successful installation of newly sold Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) bulk annuity cases by analysing and owning the data workstreams associated with client data and supporting senior members of the PRT Transition Team. The incumbent will play an integral role in delivering a positive first experience to clients and their plan participants and helping position LGRA in the U.S. PRT marketplace as an elite service provider. The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The current bonus target for the position is 5% of the base salary with a stretch to twice the target, modified for corporate and individual performance.
