Based in our vibrant Raleigh, NC headquarters, you'll be at the heart of our regional growth story-crafting compelling content, building brand awareness, and driving engagement across digital platforms. If you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals and strategies into results, this is your moment to shine.

The selected individual will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week to support various local activities that will require social media promotion for our Raleigh HQ.

How you'll make an impact

• Design and execute creative digital and social media strategies that elevate our brand
• Develop engaging content-graphics, GIFs, videos-for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to launch high-impact campaigns
• Lead social media efforts for events, tradeshows, and conferences
• Champion global campaigns locally and share best practices across teams
• Train and empower employees to be social media ambassadors
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or marketing
• Proven success in B2B communications-energy or industrial sector experience is a plus
• Strong grasp of social platforms and tools like Sprout Social
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Project management skills with a sharp eye for detail
• (Required) Bonus points for Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing experience
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
