Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 9 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification/Licensure: Current New Mexico Journeyman in one of the following disciplines: Journeyman Refrigeration (JR), Journeyman Gasfitter (JG), Journeyman Plumber and Natural Gasfitter (JPG), Journeyman Boiler Operator (BO1), Journeyman Boiler Operator (BO2) or a Journeyman Electrician (JE98), Journeyman Plumbing (Jp), Journeyman Gas (Jg), ES-3J Sound and Intercommunication and Electrical Alarm Systems, EE-98J Electrical (includes all ESJ Specialties), EE-98J Electrical (includes all ESJ Specialties), EL-1J Electrical Distribution Systems, including transmission lines, ES-3 Sound and Intercommunication and Electrical Alarm Systems, EE-98 Electrical (includes ER-1 and ES classifications) & EL-1 Electrical Distribution Systems, including transmission lines. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
