As aTalent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, youwill partner directly with our talent acquisition team to support the search for highly sought-after field talent, focused primarily on Nursing (RN) roles in our Village.

Our Sourcing Partners will proactively build and maintain a large talent database, collecting information from a variety of sources including web search, professional associations, diversity organizations, phone research and networking, which will include not only lead generation, but initial contact of prospects to gain their interest career opportunities with DaVita Kidney Care. You will also build lists of talent at target companies to help support active Clinician searches, with the goal of generating a high volume and high-quality pool of prospects. Your expertise will be used to build effective sourcing strategies for the current and future talent needs of our growing Village.

You will act as a true business partner, consulting with our internal talent acquisition team to ensure the perfect match of talent! You will also help us achieve diverse candidate slate goals, and be held accountable to your ROI and performance. To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner must have a focus on candidate attraction and quality, ensuring a personalized and thorough candidate experience. You will demonstrate a developed ability to track and regularly keep in contact with high-quality talent, that you will be able to effectively map against job profiles in your portfolio and urgent "hot spot" needs. Your passion for the importance of lead generation and researching, coupled with your pursuit of providing a best-in-class candidate experience, will contribute to the overall success of the Strategic Sourcing team, and towards the mission and values held by DaVita.

In addition to demonstrated success in all of these skills, other minimum requirements are as follows:

  • TA Sourcing Partner I, a minimum of 6 months of demonstrated researching/sourcing, mining, and/or cold-calling experience within a dynamic healthcare environment is required.
  • TA Sourcing Partner II, 3+ years of demonstrated researching/sourcing, mining, and/or cold-calling experience within a dynamic healthcare environment is required.
  • TA Sourcing Partner III, 5+ years of demonstrated researching/sourcing, mining, and/or cold-calling experience within a dynamic healthcare environment is required.
  • Experience using an enterprise level database to track prospects, including sourcing channels and technology (ATS, CRM) is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience sourcing Clinicians and/or search firm experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is highly preferred.
  • This full-time role is remote.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00-$91,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
