As a Mosaic Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.

YOUR IMPACT

Join our dynamic Mosaic Product Team as a Digital Product Manager, where you'll deliver transformative value to our clients through continuous innovation across our Distribution, Service, and Integration product lines. We're seeking a natural problem solver with innate curiosity, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for understanding client needs. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders -- clients, partners, Product, Distribution, Engineering, Service, and Design teams -- to develop, prioritize, and build compelling solutions. As an empowered team member, you'll champion a customer-centric approach to drive meaningful business outcomes and value creation.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Lead product development by defining features, building stakeholder consensus, and partnering with engineers, designers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Connect with customers and platform stakeholders to validate opportunities and deeply understand user goals
  • Own and drive product roadmaps that align with business OKRs and strategic objectives
  • Leverage data and insights by analyzing quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback to inform product strategy
  • Make strategic trade-offs by prioritizing the product backlog using domain expertise, customer insights, and market research
  • Drive clarity by writing user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, and designers
  • Serve as the product expert and go-to resource for questions about features and requirements
  • Foster engineering partnerships by building collaborative relationships and ensuring involvement throughout the product lifecycle
  • Become a platform champion by mastering Mosaic to effectively demonstrate capabilities to prospects, clients, and partners
  • Build psychological safety by creating a team environment emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
  • Manage program health by identifying and escalating risks and dependencies
  • Define success metrics by working with Product Line Owners to establish and measure OKRs



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching digital products preferred


Core Competencies



  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience collaborating with designers and engineers in a product development capacity
  • Strong aptitude for understanding customer needs and transforming requirements into actionable solutions
  • Knowledge across functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, sales, trading, treasury, customer support, and/or marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Thoughtful partnership approach with internal and external stakeholders
