JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of field-based and hourly roles across North Coast Holdings and its subsidiary companies. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting local and regional workforce needs. The TA Specialist will partner with hiring managers, attend hiring events, and build proactive candidate pipelines. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a regional recruiting role and is critical to supporting the talent needs of a high-volume, operations-driven business. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordination (agency or in-house TA experience preferred) * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shift priorities based on business needs * Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Valid driver's license and ability to travel for job fairs or hiring events occasionally * Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field * Experience in vegetation management or related industries * Bilingual in English/Spanish KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

COMPENSATION: $61,000 - $75,000 annually Lewis Services regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills and education.
