Your Opportunity + Impact As a Traffic Engineer Associate, you will support the planning, analysis, and design of transportation infrastructure with a focus on traffic operations and safety. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist in the development of Traffic Impact Studies, signal and signing plans, pavement marking layouts, and other traffic engineering deliverables. This position requires an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and foundational experience applying engineering principles to real-world projects. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to technical analyses, design calculations, report preparation, concept development and design, and project coordination efforts across departments. Additionally, you will assist in providing planning, data analytics, and technical support services to state planning partners, municipalities, and other public agencies. This role offers opportunities to grow your professional skills and work toward PE licensure. Key Responsibilities
