Equipment Operator

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our TOG team.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and run printing press equipment according to job specs and company quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance-daily, weekly, and monthly-to keep equipment running smoothly

• Mix and prep inks to get the right color and consistency

• Double-check paper for the correct type, size, color, and quantity before each run

• Confirm plates are formatted correctly for the job

• Inspect printed materials regularly to make sure quality stays consistent

• Work closely with the production team to manage job priorities and adjust when deadlines shift

• Follow all safety guidelines and stay up to date on equipment safety procedures

Your Shift: Monda-Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm & Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm

What You'll Need:

• Ability to adjust machine settings with precision and accuracy

• Strong math skills and sharp attention to detail

• Solid mechanical ability-you're good with tools and hands-on work

• Comfortable reading and understanding work instructions and specs

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We'd Also Prefer:

• A high school diploma or GED

• Experience working with tight tolerances and precision work

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good color recognition and the ability to spot color variations

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
