What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Tesla's Level 3 charging products, including Supercharger and Semi-Charging, to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, and real estate owners. You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla's industry-leading hardware and software. What You'll Do
- Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America
- Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
- Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
- Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
- Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred
- Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals
