After training; Flexible Between * 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Hours Per Week: 40 (Full-time Day shift) Work Environment: Onsite, Document Clerical Processing Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document File Clerk to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing important financial documents in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Open files and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order. * Scan documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy. * Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines. * Shred confidential documents securely. * Open and sort incoming mail. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills. * Previous experience in document processing, paperwork filing, or a similar role is a plus.
