Sprinturf is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager who is part strategist, part technologist, and fully fluent in the tools that power growth: HubSpot, Power BI, AI, and CMS platforms like WordPress and HubSpot CMS. This role supports two growing national brands, Sprinturf and ProGreen, and will lead the charge in automation, performance reporting, and AI-driven optimization.

This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who can lead with insight, automate with purpose, and deliver actionable intelligence that drives performance across the entire funnel.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Process Enablement
  1. Design and implement sales enablement programs and tools to streamline workflows, improve close rates, and boost sales productivity
  2. Own the development of sales reporting frameworks in HubSpot and Power BI with a focus on forecasting, pipeline visibility, and team accountability
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify operational gaps, automate processes, and develop scalable systems for outreach and follow-up
Marketing Automation, CMS, and Campaign Optimization
  1. Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and CRM alignment for marketing efficiency
  2. Manage and maintain website content and landing pages using WordPress and HubSpot CMS, ensuring optimal user experience and performance
  3. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and campaign landing pages across both brands
  4. Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure lead quality, attribution accuracy, and handoff effectiveness
Analytics, Reporting, and AI Integration
  1. Lead KPI design and performance tracking across sales and marketing, creating executive dashboards and self-serve reporting structures
  2. Oversee daily operation and refinement of AEO and GEO tools, integrating AI-driven optimizations into content, targeting, and conversion strategies
  3. Continuously evaluate and recommend AI platforms and martech solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and automation
  4. Translate data into strategic recommendations through presentations and reports tailored to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or marketing automation
  • Proven HubSpot expertise, including advanced dashboard and report creation, workflow development, and hands-on use of HubSpot CMS
  • Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress, HubSpot, and CMS best practices
  • HubSpot Reporting Certification is required
  • High proficiency in Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing and sales, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, or generative content platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, buyer journeys, and marketing attribution models
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to operate cross-functionally and independently
  • Analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about data-informed decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field
