JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor is responsible to oversee daily workflows for their specific area of responsibility, (IP, OP Clinics, OP Surg, or CDI). Ensure appropriate staff coverage for all WQ's and other functions. Promote and support Teamwork, performance excellence, accountability and professionalism. Lead and support process improvement. Ensure their Teams have the education and tools they need to successfully perform to the highest levels of quality and compliance. Supervisors report directly to the Manager over their area. BENEFITS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
3 years of acute hospital-based Coding Supervisor experience. Preferable in an Academic environment. and Experience working in a remote environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or a closely related field. or Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or a closely related field. JOB DUTIES
