Status: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented communicator who loves solving problems and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who's ready to jump in, make an impact, and grow with us!

You'll be on the front lines supporting our customers, processing orders, and keeping everything flowing between departments. Think of yourself as the heartbeat between the client and our team-your efforts will help drive customer satisfaction and operational success!


What You'll Be Doing


  • Enter customer orders (EDI, email, or fax) in our system (Navision/Gentran)



  • Print and distribute daily order reports to the warehouse for fulfillment



  • Track and manage customer forecasts and releases



  • Create and manage sales orders and contracts



  • Stay alert for "hot" part requests and respond quickly



  • Communicate with customers regarding order changes, forecasts, and updates



  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams



  • Assist with production kits, APQP meetings, remittance updates, and more



  • Maintain clean and organized customer files




What We're Looking For


  • Solid communication skills-you know how to keep things professional and positive



  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating software systems



  • Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities



  • Team player who loves to collaborate and support others



  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills



  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive is a plus (but not required!)



  • Willing to learn EDI and forecasting tools-we'll train the right person!
