100%, day shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm, on-site position. Work is at several locations which will include 1 S Park St, 20 S Park St, 600 Highland Ave, 451 Junction Road, 4621 Eastpark Blvd in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of associated clinics, including preparation of reports using administrative programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, and SharePoint.
  • Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies, or services and the repair of equipment including submitting work orders as needed.
  • Respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll (time-off policies, procedures, and scheduling).
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
