Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Position Summary:

Responsible for warehouse operations, processing parts sales, customer orders, delivering parts. Seek remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in vendor sales, inventory, and warranty administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, by taking calls and serving walk-in-customers.
• Pick customer orders and prepare for shipping or pick up.
• Deliver customer orders in our parts van.
• Prepare quotes, and follow up.
• Serve and load customer products in their trucks.
• Check email regularly and respond in a timely manner to all internal customers.
• Put away stock in and maintain proper bin locations.
• Inspect for damage and ensure all products are received accurately in our system.
• Open and verify packing slips match the product.
• Weekly cycle counts.
• Use forklift to load and unload trucks in a safe manner.
• Serve as backup and support to Parts and Logistics shipper/receivers.
• Keep warehouse in a tidy and safe state.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2 plus years related retail/parts sales experience.

The typical hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 -25/hr. in Michigan. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
