We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing a wide range of human resources functions within the organization. This position involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance with employment laws. As the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters, the HR Generalist will contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

* Post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend job offers.

* Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Benefits Administration:

* Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.

* Handle enrollment, communicate benefits information, and resolve any benefit-related issues.

Performance Management:

* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

* Develop employee development plans to support career growth and performance improvements.

Employee Relations:

* Address employee concerns, investigate complaints, and mediate conflicts.

* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and problem resolution.

Compliance Management:

* Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

* Oversee required employee training and ensure company policies align with legal requirements.

Payroll Processing:

* Assist with payroll administration, including accurate data entry and ensuring timely compensation processing.

Policy Enforcement:

* Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to employees, ensuring clarity and adherence.

Training and Development:

* Identify training needs and coordinate or deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

* Proficiency in HR software (Paycor) and systems.

* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

* High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
