Hill International is seeking a full-time construction project manager to lead an onsite CM team who is constructing a large industrial facility at Sparrows Point in Baltimore, MD.


  • Reports to and augments the client's project leadership team while acting as Hill's lead for construction phase services.
  • Responsible for implementing Hill's project management plans (contract administration, schedule management, document controls, change order management, quality assurance, and safety and environmental monitoring).
  • Maintains the contract, change orders, and any modifications throughout the project duration. Prepares contract direction for client.
  • Maintains contractor records and allocation of construction contingencies, contract general requirements, AIA terms, and deliverables.
  • Ensures reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Oversees development of multi prime contractor's baseline schedule and schedule of values. Oversees site coordination with contractors.
  • Validates the project financials to include contract records, potential risks/changes affecting the budget and remaining contingencies.
  • Establishes and maintains various processes and procedures, including communication protocols.
  • Conducts meetings and prepares progress reports. Prepares monthly report for client.
  • Acts as liaison and coordination support for stakeholders.
  • Manages and track resolution of issues.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with infrastructure projects in construction management field role
  • Four-year college degree and/or industry credentials are preferred
  • Experience with project scheduling, quality assurance, safety monitoring, change orders and contractor invoice approvals
  • Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Baltimore, MD, Sparrows Point region
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
