Are you an experienced transportation operations professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment? Join The Pasha Group, a trusted name in shipping, logistics, and global supply chain solutions, as our next Supervisor, Transportation Operations. As a critical member of our transportation team, you'll lead day-to-day operations across Over-the-Road (OTR), Intermodal, and Full Container Load (FCL) dispatches, ensuring service excellence from port to destination. Lead Complex Logistics with Confidence You'll be the key player ensuring that all moving parts-people, systems, and vendors-work together efficiently. Oversee Dispatch Operations: Manage FCL, OTR, drayage, rail, and local trucking activities for on-time, on-budget delivery. Own Rail Billing & System Accuracy: Ensure rail invoicing, billing integrity, and dispatch records are clean and current. Drive Process Consistency: Implement and uphold best practices across your team for a standardized, high-performing operation. Collaborate with Port Teams & Sea-Logix: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support port ops and inland movements. Delivery Results in a High-Stakes Environment Our customers depend on speed, accuracy, and reliability, your leadership ensures we meet and exceed expectations. Monitor KPIs: Track performance metrics that reflect team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Solve in Real Time: Address disruptions before they impact service, proactively escalating or resolving as needed. Own Vendor Relationships: Negotiate rates, resolve billing disputes, and drive cost-effective partnerships. Ensure Data Excellence: Transportation Management Systems are only as good as their inputs-you'll make sure they're right. Bring the Skills That Keep Freight Moving This role demands deep operational knowledge, people management, and technical fluency to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Industry Experience: 3+ years in freight, rail, or port logistics with operational oversight. Leadership Mindset: You know how to coach, train, and elevate team performance. Tech-Savvy Approach: You're fluent in Microsoft Office and TMS platforms to get the job done fast and right. Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs. and move through the office and warehouse environments.
