Although fully remote, this position requires that you must live within 50 miles of our New York, Dallas, Cleveland or Tampa locations. Role Overview: The Senior Associate, Change Management plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people-side strategy of organizational change. This position is designed for a mid-to-senior level contributor who balances deep functional knowledge with leadership potential. The ideal candidate brings a blend of change management expertise, strategic insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive effective adoption of transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role supports business and cultural transformation efforts by creating and delivering structured change management approaches. The Senior Associate will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless execution of organizational change, including the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies that align with NYL's strategic goals. What You'll Do: Change Management Duties * Strategy & Planning: Support or lead the development of change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning. * Impact & Readiness Analysis: Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to inform change strategies. * Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, tailor messages, and foster change acceptance across impacted audiences. * Communications & Training: Create and support the development of engaging, audience-appropriate change communications and training materials in partnership with the Knowledge Management and Training teams. * Execution & Support: Deliver change activities (communications, workshops, feedback sessions), manage resistance, and ensure ongoing support throughout implementation. Core Contributions * Project Management: Drive or contribute to cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision; manage timelines and deliverables for change activities. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve or streamline change-related workflows and communication channels. * Data-Driven Insights: Collect and report on change adoption metrics (e.g., training completion, stakeholder feedback) and recommend adjustments. * Mentoring & Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, HR, technology teams, and department heads; mentor junior associates. What You'll Bring: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's preferred. * Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in change management, transformation, or project execution within corporate or financial services environments. * Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or similar preferred. * Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in change methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter; familiarity with Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet), and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
