Job Title: After Market Product Professional Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: The Circular Supply Chain team sells certified pre-owned product (CPO) directly to consumers through platforms like Ebay. Product comes into our reverse DCs, inventory is managed in SAP ECC (wSAP) and orders and returns flow through an aggregator system called Rithum. The Data & Enablement team needs help supporting this process. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Production support experience SAP ECC/ S4 HANA experience Experience with Rithum or similar application Supply chain process improvement Work with Business systems, IT, Operations, and 3PLs DESIRED SKILLS: Defect resolution management System troubleshooting Knowledge of circular or reverse supply chain Experience with direct to consumer marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, BackMarket, etc Assesses circumstances and uses analytical and problem solving techniques to identify root cause.
