MRO Consultant

Our Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Consultant will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance, repair, and operations processes for our client. This position involved analyzing current MRO practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to optimize operations. Candidates for this role should be experienced in listening to client concerns and be able to translate concerns into actionable items to investigate and identify the root cause.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client requirements to develop tailored MRO solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance operations and reduce costs
• Conduct a thorough analysis of maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead MRO project with client from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Providing training and support to the client team on MRO best practices and systems
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of MRO initiatives
  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings

Your Background:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in MRO operations, consulting, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional), CPIM (APICS), PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Proven track record in optimizing maintenance strategies, inventory management, or MRO procurement.
• Experience in industries like aviation, manufacturing, energy, or transportation is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training, and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, OSHA, ISO) with a strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
