Campus Dining Services Job Description
Job Summary: * Team Leadership: Assist in guiding and motivating a team of student and full-time employees. Foster a positive work culture built on accountability, training, and continuous improvement. * Drive Quality & Efficiency: Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals by supporting standards for speed, food safety, and customer satisfaction across assigned dining outlets. * Inventory & Profitability: Aid in managing inventory, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and utilize resources effectively. * Customer Experience Focus: Evaluate and enhance service delivery to support departmental customer service goals. Help analyze operations and recommend improvements to elevate the dining experience. * Strategic Planning: Participate in short- and long-term planning for dining outlets. Contribute ideas for renovations, marketing, policies, and procedures that align with departmental objectives. * Campus Engagement & Communication: Act as a liaison between campus partners, vendors, branded outlet representatives, and departmental teams. Support special projects, student internships, and training initiatives tied to our academic mission. * Professional Development: Take part in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities while helping to mentor student employees and interns who use the facility as a learning lab. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications

SalaryRange: $52,915.20 - $58,500 annually, commensurate with experience and education Other Information
