Responsibilities

The Broker Success Manager is responsible for interacting and supporting broker sales resources within their assigned market/territory. Will manage resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals within their market and on a national basis. Develops and manages key operational functions and projects on a national facing scale with the Director of Medicare Advantage Sales Operations.

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

* Meets established health plan broker sales goals through management of assigned block of agents.

* Prospects for, and recruits' new agents through relationships, or through agent marketing activities targeted directly to the agents.

* Identifies, develops and trains local preferred agents to support the attainment of health plan goals.

* Onboards new agents through supporting their training and navigation of contracting, certification, and training requirement.

* Teaches and supports self-generation sales skills to brokers helping them prospect from various community and provider engagement initiatives within the market.

* Establishes production goals and compliance thresholds, along with the communication and ongoing enforcement of these expectations with each assigned agent.

* Provides results, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually with Medicare Advantage Sales Leadership team and regional channel partners.

* Fully utilize CRM to track results of all relationship and sales activity in assigned area.

* Analyzes reports and provides a plan of action to increase market goals

* Build relationships with community influencers and "gatekeepers" to venues where Prominence Health Plan brokers can prospect and be a part of the senior population.

* Develops and maintains business relationships with brokers and agencies through outstanding customer service to all stakeholders in the assigned market.

* Ensure brokers are utilizing current marketing materials and forms, and handle broker material/supply requests

* Assist with enrollments by verifying and processing broker requests and resolving member inquiries and plan eligibility issues.

* Reports on new business opportunities, issues encountered in the field with respect to network, claims, customer service, marketing, etc.

* Identifies, trains and certifies new agencies and brokers to expand the broker-sales distribution channel.


Qualifications

Reports safety and risk issues.

Presents in a professional manner; meets appearance policy standards; wears name badge on duty

Completes regulatory and annual requirements in a timely manner.

Reports to work on time and as scheduled; completes work within designated time; uses automated time and attendance system consistently and correctly.

Performs other duties as assigned or required, is willing to help in other departments and take on additional tasks.
