Responsibilities

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Human Resources Department is hiring a HRIS Analyst to support the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function for the company. This role will be integral in providing HRIS process, data, and application support, guidance, and education to HR Community and system end users.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily support for HRIS end users to troubleshoot routine and moderately complex problems as they relate to HRIS related systems and processes, including processing reversal / correction requests
  • Develop reports as well as performs data analysis as needed using tools such as Lawson Add-ins, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports
  • Assist with HRIS projects, such as supporting the data conversion for new acquisitions and other ad hoc project related tasks, serving as a liaison between HR, IT and Payroll
  • Conduct HR data audits to maintain and improve data integrity
  • Assist with uploads of mass data into HRIS system with company-wide impact including merit increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings
  • Support current and future HRIS system integrations, implementations, system issues, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Provide formal and informal training and consultation for end-users. Maintains user guide materials and general communications. Assists with set up of training, user access and training material updates
  • Assist with routine maintenance of data tables in HRIS systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years' experience in corporate HRIS systems, preferably in Lawson or Workday.

  • Must have functional knowledge of all HR and Benefits related practices
  • Strong reporting skills and experience with manipulating large volumes of data
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
