Your Impact

As the Program Operations & Governance Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling and operationalizing the leadership and readiness programs that fuel the success of the Americas Sales organization. This role leads high-visibility initiatives including the Americas Advisory Council (AAC), the Frontline Focus (FLM) leadership development program, and manages the execution of Momentum, Tier 1 executive engagements, and a broader portfolio of programs focused on sales acceleration, talent growth, and customer engagement.

You'll work across teams and leadership levels to build governance structures, drive execution, and ensure strategic alignment-making a measurable impact on our sellers, our leaders, and our customers.

  • Lead program execution and governance for the Americas Advisory Council (AAC) and Frontline Focus (FLM)
  • Oversee and govern execution of Momentum, Cisco's Director-level leadership development program.
  • Manage coordination and partner with marketing for Tier 1 customer engagements and executive-facing experiences
  • Build and operationalize program frameworks including intake, measurement, communication, and change support
  • Mentor and manage a team supporting leadership development, events, and readiness initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, enablement, or change leadership within a sales or GTM environment
  • PROSCI certification or equivalent experience in change management
  • Proven experience leading or supporting strategic programs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and program measurement
  • Experience supporting sales transformation or organizational change initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Americas Sales organization structure and priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, attention to detail, and strong time management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across leadership levels
  • Passion for developing people, building inclusive programs, and scaling impact through operational excellence
