Your ImpactAs the Program Operations & Governance Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling and operationalizing the leadership and readiness programs that fuel the success of the Americas Sales organization. This role leads high-visibility initiatives including the Americas Advisory Council (AAC), the Frontline Focus (FLM) leadership development program, and manages the execution of Momentum, Tier 1 executive engagements, and a broader portfolio of programs focused on sales acceleration, talent growth, and customer engagement. You'll work across teams and leadership levels to build governance structures, drive execution, and ensure strategic alignment-making a measurable impact on our sellers, our leaders, and our customers.
